"I wish I could think of more descriptive words than amazing and awesome. I have loved the Yellowstone series from Book 1 and can honestly say they are my favorite books. Book 1, Yellowstone Heartsong, takes us on a time travel journey with a young woman from the 21st. century. The rest of the books build on her story with the element of time travel. The ins and outs of each book leave the reader pondering many things and wondering.....There are subtle twists and turns and sometimes the answers leave more questions. Legends is a must read if you have read any of the others. Legends completes the series and does answer many questions and unites characters from one book to another. Peggy is a wonderful writer and her scenes are descriptive but leave much room for imagination. If you have not read any of the 8 books, you are in for a treat. They are books to be read again and again."

- From her first book, Yellowstone Heart Song, to this one, the story of the Osborne Family has captivated me on it's journey through the years. This series is a combination of time travel, historical, and contemporary. Who were the children of the Sky People, how many were there, and what happened to them? Does their legacy still exist?
If you are a fan of this series, you will get all the answers here as Kendra and Wo'itsa discover their heritage and a love for all time. As always, Mrs. Henderson makes you feel like you are right there in Yellowstone with her knowledge of the area. If I could give this more than five stars, I would. - Peggy L Henderson, captured my heart long ago with her series regarding the world she built in the Yellowstone Romance series. This book Yellowstone Legends is a culmination of 7 other books building and interweaving AMAZING characters and their adventures in the past and present involving what in present day known as the marvelous Yellowstone National Park. Add in introducing indigenous peoples as The Tukadeka tribe, and a time travel device that brings in folks with knowledge of the future (present day for us) who want to preserve and protect the natural treasure the Yellowstone area is for future generations. This particular book is a wild ride of suspense, emotional upheaval, and satisfying completion as it answers some questions from past books that may have niggled at those of us who have loved the series from beginning to now. I approached this story with some concern, as I didn't really want this saga to end the characters are so well developed, with each re-read I feel like I am visiting old friends. However, Peggy did such an awesome job with coming to a logical if winding road ending I will be content to read and re-read this series again and again. IF you like time travel, Old West Settings and endearing characters, start the whole journey and read from Yellowstone Heartsong (Book One) to this book Yellowstone Legends and have a wonderful adventure.
- Wow, this last story in Ms. Henderson’s Yellowstone Romance series is amazingly wonderful and such an awesome story. It ties everything together in the entire series but in a way that my head is still trying to wrap itself around it all.
There is so much going on in this story it’s a good thing Ms. Henderson has written a file you can download to get events and timelines and family lines to help with that. You need to get this book to also get the file.
You also have to buy this book if you love this series and get the whole story of everyone and everything in this series that you already love. This is one you should not miss.
If you haven’t read this series, start with Yellowstone Heart Song which is book one.

- Peggy Henderson has certainly outdone herself in her finale to the Yellowstone Series novels with the Legends Book. I can think of a number of reasons why `legends' applies to this title. All the characters who are legends in this series play a part in here. If you haven't already read the series, not only are you missing out but you're going to want to read them in order to 'get' most of what's happening since this is the series ending.
Peggy is a writer who doesn't let you know what's coming next, you won't get bored with her books or always see what's coming up around the corner. Legends has you turning pages from page 1 until the last sentence, which is a wow and a LOL.
As all Paggy's fans, I'm looking forward to the upcoming additions that she's going to sneak in on us to add to Yellowstone. I know they won't be full novels, but they'll be awesome!!!
If you haven't read her other books and are looking for a good read, start with Yellowstone Heartsong and you'll be hooked! - Being a close follower of Peggy Henderson I somehow managed to avoid all spoilers and even teases about this book before reading. I am really glad I did that because discovering everything (including who the main characters even were!) on my own while reading was the best.
So if you are here because you just read the rest of the series, it’s 100% required that you read this book too. And what happens when you finish? You will want to start right back over with Yellowstone Heart Song.
It both answers every question but also creates so many little things to go back and read in the rest of the series.
If there’s someone important out there who can make books into movies or tv shows, choose Peggy Henderson!!!
